Terms of Use

Preface
The following terms apply to all voicebanks (Yu Fujimura, Yuna Fujimura, and Yuto Fujimura) unless otherwise specified. The following terms also apply to both the characters associated with the voicebanks and the voicebanks themselves unless otherwise specified. These terms may be subject to change at any time. The following takes priority over anything listed in any readme files that come with the voicebanks.

 

Attribution

  • In any work you publish using this voicebank, you must state the name of the voicebank.

  • You are encouraged to state the name of the voicebank's author (Yupphire) but you are not required.

  • You cannot refer to the voicebank under any other name nor can you attribute the voicebank to a different author.

 

Usage Permissions
Works using Yu Fujimura, Yuna Fujimura, and Yuto Fujimura are allowed to contain:

  • Political or religious content in the sense of general themes or social commentary in a work primarily made for entertainment purposes

  • Use of the Yu Fujimura, Yuna Fujimura, or Yuto Fujimura character that may contradict any traits established by the author as these can be disregarded for the sake of creative freedom

 

Works using Yu Fujimura, Yuna Fujimura, and Yuto Fujimura are forbidden from containing the following under any circumstances:

  • Overly violent content

  • Criminal or otherwise illegal content

  • R-18 content or pornography​

  • Content that is illegal/defaming or contains bigotry to individuals or groups of race/gender/sexuality/nationality

  • Political or religious content in works made for the purpose of propaganda, radicalization or to incite hate speech (ie. Works NOT made primarily for entertainment purposes)

  • Content that portrays a real world figure or individual in a way deemed offensive or indicative of harassment

  • Any work that involves another UTAU and breaks that UTAU's terms of use.

Artwork and Character Permissions

  • You are free to use any and all artworks in the gallery section of this carrd in your works as long as you credit the artist (Yupphire) and do not claim that anyone else has created the artwork.

  • You are not required to use visual depictions of the voicebank character in published works using their voicebanks.

  • You are also free to use any and all artwork that comes with the individual voicebanks under the same conditions.

  • You are forbidden from using any of the included illustrations as part of a dataset for AI generated images.

Commercial Usage

  • In order to use Yu Fujimura, Yuna Fujimura, or Yuto Fujimura for commercial works, you must contact the voicebank author.

  • You are forbidden from redistributing voicebanks, assets, or modified voicebank files for monetary gain under any circumstances.

  • You are forbidden from using Yu Fujimura, Yuna Fujimura, or Yuto Fujimura in projects involving non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or cryptocurrency.

 

Voicebank Modification

  • You are allowed to modify the oto.ini, frq files, and prefix maps.

  • You are only allowed to clean or enhance the voicebank's audio. You cannot modify the .wav files in any other way.

  • You are not allowed to publicly redistribute these modded assets without Yupphire's permission.

  • Porting Yu Fujimura, Yuna Fujimura, or Yuto Fujimura to any AI Synthesis (including but not limited to NNSVS, Diff-SVC, RVC, etc) is strictly forbidden.

 

Distribution

  • As the voicebank author, Yupphire reserves the right to remove any voicebank from distribution for any reason.

  • You are not allowed to redistribute any Yu Fujimura, Yuna Fujimura, or Yuto Fujimura voicebank regardless of if the author has removed the voicebank from distribution or not.

  • You are free to share rendered singing vocals created with this voicebank.

 

Disclaimers

  • Yupphire holds no responsibility for any incidents, damage, or loss by the user from downloading or using the voicebank or character.

  • Yupphire holds no responsibility for any incidents, damage, or loss that occurs to any third party as a result of usage of the voicebank or voicebank character.
